This summer, we are excited to have new (and returning) guest instructors for our Summer Intensive classes!
Our next featured guest instructor is Danielle Snyder. A fusion of many modern styles, Danielle’s modern class is a unique blend of control, agility, balance, strength, and artistry. Dancers will enjoy a classical warm up, progressions, and dynamic center combinations to fun music.
Danielle Snyder grew up training in a pre-professional ballet program in Los Angeles, CA and graduated from the University of Arizona with a BFA in Dance alongside a Minor in Communication. While dancing at University of Arizona, she received the Gertrude Shurr Award for Passionate Artistry and was fortunate to perform works by UA Faculty and guest choreographers including Anne Reinking, Gary Chryst, Larry Keigwin, and Sherry Zunker. Following graduation Danielle accepted a company member position with Houston MET Dance, where she performed works by Kate Skarpetowska, Camille A. Brown, Larry Keigwin, Steven Boyd, and Jason Parsons, under the artistic direction of Marlana Doyle. Her credits include CBS’s Dance Revolution, HEB Thanksgiving Day Parade, Fashion Houston, and additional training at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, Cedar Lake, and Gus Giordano School. In addition to teaching dance for over 10 years, Danielle earned her Classical Pilates Mat Certification in New York City and completed Pure Barre training at the Denver headquarters. Currently, Danielle teaches dance and Pure Barre throughout the Greater Boston area.
