Marci’s training includes circus skills, performance, and teacher training at the New England Center for Circus Arts, the San Francisco Circus Center, and Circus Arts Institute with alumni of Cirque du Soleil, Cirque Eloize, Ringling, and Big Apple, as well as additional training in physical theater and acting for film. A proud member of the Screen Actors Guild, Marci has performed in fairs, fundraising events, shows, clubs, film, and a national TV commercial, and was half of the duo trapeze act voted finalist in the USA Today/NCL Epic Star contest.
Marci has taught flexibility, acrobatics, aerials and performance skills to all ages. She incorporates her youth development experience in supporting Diamond Family Circus’ youth performance troupe, “FRiNDS”, and is an active member of the American Youth Circus Organization. Marci loves sharing the joy, creation, and healing human connection found in performing and teaching circus. She also enjoys collaborating with other performers such as her daughter Marisa, who co-founded Diamond Family Circus and its youth troupe.
